The honorable Lyle Williams - Former U.S. Congressman from Ohio. Born in Philippi, West Virginia, Mr. Williams attended the public schools of North Bloomfield, Ohio. He served in the US Army Reserve from 1960 to 1968. Mr. Williams began his political career by winning election to the Bloomfield School Board, where he served from 1970 to 1972, and then was elected Trumbull County Commissioner from 1972 to 1976. Williams was elected in 1978 as a Republican to the Ninety-sixth Congress in a heavily Democratic working class district that included the industrial cities of Youngstown and Warren. He served from January 3, 1979 to January 3, 1985. In 1987, Williams worked for the Department of Interior's Office of Surface Mining. After leaving politics, Williams worked as Executive Director for NASPAC. Mr. Williams passed in Lordstown, Ohio, on November 7, 2008

Jack Schweitzer, Sr - Businessman and former Chief of Staff to U.S. Congressman Lyle Williams. He is a resident of Ohio and was born in Linton, North Dakota. Mr. Schweitzer attended the public schools of Bismark, ND and moved to Ohio in 1967 as an employee of General Motors in Lordstown, Ohio. Mr. Schweitzer began his political career as a Campaign Manager to Lyle Williams in 1972 during a successful election campaign for Trumbull County Commissioner. In 1978 He helped lead the Campaign that secured Mr. Williams a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Mr. Schweitzer then served as Chief of Staff to Congressman Williams from 1979 to 1985. As a Businessman, Schweitzer was successful in the hospitality industry as he developed and operated Outdoor Resorts and Restaurants in Ohio, Indiana & Pennsylvania while Ranching in Mineral Wells, Texas. He continues to oversee his business operations & is a consultant. |

Currently, Mr. Schweitzer is a leader in the Outdoor Resort Industry, earning awards Nationwide as a Top Developer in the United States. He began his political background as a junior staff member to Lyle Williams. He has in depth knowledge and experience with Political Campaigns and PAC's where his Marketing expertise flourishes in the Campaign Finance and Marketing environments. |
